How we will compensate you

You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2023, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits for full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. Responsibilities

  • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
  • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assessing their priorities and finances, and determining suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
  • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction

Average Compensation Range

  • Year 1| $65,000-$140,000
  • Year 3| $109,000-$205,000
  • Year 5| $132,000-$287,000
  • Year 10| $239,000-$500,000

Compensation:

$65,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects
  • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
  • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
  • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives

Qualifications:

  • Life & Health License, SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63 is preferred but not required. We supply candidates with licensing, training if they are an ideal client
  • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Some experience with Finance or sales lead software is beneficial
  • Phone skills
  • Willingness to prospect and meet new people
