Sales Executive (Enterprise AI Solutions) – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
  • 2–4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B software/SaaS
  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients (financial services, insurance, or related sectors preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative team player

Sales Executive (Enterprise AI Solutions) – Must Haves (Day-to-Day Tasks)

  • Initiate contact with at least 10 new enterprise prospects weekly
  • Schedule and deliver 8 product demonstrations per week
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for all sales activities
  • Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to management
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to Product and Marketing teams

Sales Executive (Enterprise AI Solutions) – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience selling AI, data, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Background in financial services or insurance industries
  • Familiarity with emerging AI trends and ability to act as a thought leader
  • Strong industry network and participation in associations or conferences

  • Track record of high client satisfaction and retention rates
