Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a temp to perm Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist three remote partners, three in-office partners, and various other employees
  • Handle client communication and draft official correspondence
  • Process invoices and billing collections, and prepare expense reports
  • Carry out the tasks for ultra-high net worth clients and their entities
  • Liaise with the IRS, attorneys, client families, and brokers on accounting matters
  • Oversee FedEx shipments, messenger services, and certified mailings
  • Create and revise spreadsheets for financial records
  • Support internal recruiting, including communications with recruiters and candidates
  • Update and maintain confidential client records
  • Provide backup for the reception desk when needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Public accounting industry background preferred
  • Personable and professional demeanor
  • Proactive and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, analytical, with keen attention to detail
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
