Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to maintain high service standards
Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance tracking
Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and assist with administrative and operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of POS systems and basic office software is a plus
