Responsibilities

Seeking qualified Project Managers to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office.

The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.

Duties include:

design, permit and construction plans & specifications
-
site planning
-
grading and drainage
-
knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit
-
proposals
-
client & contractor coordination
-
management of staff
-
training staff
-
billing / collections
-
Qualifications:
-
AutoCAD / Civil3D
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
