We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Part-Time / In Person / Year Round
Monday - Friday 20-30 hours per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
- Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 (Required)
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Manage phones
- Order office supplies
- Order inventory for jobs
- Filing
- Communicating with clients / Customer Service / Collections
- Work Orders
- Invoicing
- Estimates
- Spreadsheets on Excel
- Assist in reading construction / electrical plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized
- Applications / Call in Inspections
