Busy Bookkeeping Firm which caters to Interior Design seeking to add a Data Entry Specialist/Bookkeeping Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, placing furnishings orders and tracking through delivery/installation.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma, Quickbooks)
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in programs (Google Sheets, Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma)
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data, print reports for expediting
- Assisting Bookkeepers in various tasks needed as position evolves
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Interior Design, Construction or Procurement experience preferred
- Excellent typing, grammar, and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
