Sales Assistant Aerosoles

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Department: Sales

Reports to: National Sales Manager

About the Role:
Were looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Assistant to support our Aerosoles Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ins and outs of footwear sales in the fashion industry. Youll assist in managing key department store and e-commerce accounts while collaborating across departments to help drive business growth. What Youll Do:

  • Support Account Management: Help manage day-to-day needs of key wholesale and digital accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in creating sales reports, tracking orders, and analyzing account performance.
  • Market Research: Monitor fashion and retail trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide insights to the team.
  • Product Support: Become familiar with current and upcoming Aerosoles collections and help prepare for seasonal market appointments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to help execute sales initiatives smoothly.
  • Customer Relationship Support: Help maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners through timely communication and follow-up.



What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 03 years of experience in a fashion, wholesale, retail, or sales support role; internship or buying office experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills & Qualities:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Interest in footwear and fashion trends
    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $65k - $70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
