Job Title: Aircraft Engine Technician
Job Overview: An Aircraft Engine Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft engines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. This role involves diagnosing engine issues, conducting regular maintenance, and performing necessary repairs to keep engines in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engine Inspection and Diagnosis:
- Conduct visual inspections and use diagnostic equipment to assess the condition of aircraft engines.
- Identify and troubleshoot engine malfunctions, including analyzing performance data and interpreting technical manuals.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft engines, such as replacing components, checking fluid levels, and conducting tests.
- Execute unscheduled repairs to address identified issues promptly and efficiently.
Engine Overhaul:
- Participate in engine overhaul processes, disassembling and reassembling engines to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and components during overhaul procedures.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of engine inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Complete required documentation for regulatory compliance and historical reference.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and relevant departments to address complex engine issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of technical challenges.
Testing and Performance Verification:
- Conduct engine tests to verify performance after maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure that engines meet specified standards for efficiency, thrust, and safety.
Adherence to Regulations:
- Stay updated on aviation regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
Tool and Equipment Management:

Qualifications:
