Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, youll lead complex projects for our clients in the non-profit sector. Whether its an amazing fundraising event, an update to branding and marketing, or the deployment of new systems and processes youll be the go-to expert- ensuring seamless delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with nonprofit clients, understanding their needs, missions, and unique challenges.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact after the CEO, ensuring clients feel supported and understood throughout the project lifecycle.
- Balance client expectations with project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Timeline & Budget Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and proactively address them to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Lead Event Execution:
- Plan and manage impactful events tailored to each nonprofit clients unique mission.
- Oversee logistics, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Manage a team of volunteers in planning and during the event-- hiring as needed
- Creative Briefing & Oversight:
- Provide clear briefs and feedback to the Creative Services team, ensuring all materials align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Support brand messaging and storytelling to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Systems Implementation:
- Coordinate the deployment of recommended system infrastructure for each client (for example- CRM, donor management, or donation collection systems)
- Guide clients through adoption and ensure systems meet their needs.
- Collaborate with Cabrio CEO on system selection and ensure alignment with client workflows.
- Internal Coordination:
- Align internal and external teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Facilitate team check-ins, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
- Keep the team informed with regular updates, fostering transparent communication.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and maintain high standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to learn what worked well and what can be improved.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management or event coordination experience (work with nonprofit clients a plus)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing creative processes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Technical aptitude for learning and deploying new systems.
Salary Range- $95,000-$115,000 Depending on experience
