Join The Crew

We are hiring a Temporary Creative Integration Manager to join our Creative team for a 2 month assignment, with the potential to extend as needed. This position reports to the Creative Integration Sr. Manager and takes Away further by supporting the development and delivery of compelling creative across key brand touchpoints and all channels. This role helps bring content and campaigns to life by coordinating timelines, managing briefs, and ensuring work is executed on time, on brand, and on strategy.

You’ll work closely with internal creative teams and cross-functional partners—including Growth, E-Comm, Brand, and Social—to keep projects moving forward and aligned with business goals. You’ll help maintain clear communication, stay ahead of deadlines, and support creative resourcing needs across a range of initiatives.

What you’ll do as the Temporary Creative Integration Manager

  • You’ll support the day-to-day coordination of creative projects across marketing, e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels

  • You’ll help manage a consistent flow of content—from campaign launches to always-on storytelling

  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Brand Marketing, Growth, E-Commerce, Retail, Product, Social, and the internal Creative team to align on project goals and timelines

  • You’ll help kick off projects with clear briefs, deliverables, and deadlines

  • You’ll help maintain and update project timelines and trackers, identifying potential risks or delays and flagging them early

  • You’ll support quarterly content planning to ensure ongoing alignment between creative output and business objectives

  • You’ll help review creative work for accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment to brief

  • You’ll assist with creative team resourcing and prioritization, internal and external teams

  • You’ll participate in key meetings including marketing kick-offs, status updates, and team reviews

Who you are

  • You have experience in creative operations, project management, or content production— agency or in-house preferred

  • You’re organized and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once

  • You’re a strong communicator who can work well across different teams and departments

  • You’re passionate about creative work and able to support strong storytelling across digital and social platforms

  • You’re familiar with working across channels including social, digital, photo, and video

  • You’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand

  • You’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

  • You’re passionate about transforming travel for all (but that’s a given!)

What We Offer

At Away, we believe in the power of an inclusive, competitive and equitable total rewards program. Our compensation is purposely structured as one rate to provide transparency in the hiring process while honoring our internal pay bands. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.

  • Hourly Rate: $52.00

How We Work

This is a hybrid position that works from our Soho, NYC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our working hours are 9am-6pm et, but we embrace a common-sense approach to flexibility in the workplace. It’s about being present, engaged, and balancing work with real-life needs.
