Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, escalating when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to provide accurate information.

  • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
