Stars NBC has a position open for a Customer Service Representative. We are a small office, business casual, located in Port Washington, NY. Stars NBC specifically handles the AVEDA Hair Care line. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone most of the day, taking product orders, handling and resolving customer service issues with customers and the products we sell. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using the computer to input customer orders. We will train on our system.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. From Memorial Day through Labor Day we observe 2pm close on Fridays. We offer paid holidays, vacation and sick pay. We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and a 401K Retirement Plan with a company match.
We are looking for a reliable, dependable person who can show up for work each day. The ideal candidate is someone who has customer service experience and has a good skill set dealing with customers over the phone. English is required but any other language ability is a plus!
