- Leading efforts in claims, EPLI, Workers' Compensation, and risk underwriting strategy.
What You Bring:
We're looking for a strategic leader with a "get-it-done" mindset who thrives in ambiguity and builds clarity. Someone who doesn't just manage but elevates the people and systems around them.
- 10+ years in PEO operations leadership.

- Strong understanding of pricing models (PEPM, % of payroll) and service delivery structures.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PHR, SPHR, JD)
Why GTM?
