Title: Administrative Assistant
Summary: IHL is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining order across buyer samples and purchase orders, and supporting both day-to-day and strategic activities of the CEO.

IHL Group was established in 2007. Since it opened its doors, IHL Group has securely positioned itself as a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with its North American and global presence across all major channels.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Work closely with the CEO and Executive Assistant to manage email correspondence, follow up on priorities, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners on the CEOs projects.
Showroom Management: Prepare showrooms for buyer meetings, including organizing and presenting buyer samples professionally.
Sample Tracking: Maintain organization of buyer samples on racks, tracking their lifecycle from arrival to shipping and sales.
Order & PO Management: Upload and monitor purchase orders; place stock orders and track inventory through the ERP system.
Office & Event Support: Facilitate office organization, ensuring readiness for meetings and special events.
Qualifications:
- Must Administrative Experience
- Proficiency in ADOBE Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fantastic written and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills & strong attention to detail.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY Midtown West
Schedule: We are operating in-office Monday-Friday.
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000
