Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, organizing synergy presentations and agendas, coordinating AV needs, booking locations, arranging catering, and distributing meeting recaps.
- Monitor and track internal and external synergy initiatives by clipping and documenting on-air, social, and digital coverage across the client and partner platforms.
- Maintain an updated calendar of cross-company events and priorities to support planning and execution.
- Compile and distribute performance reports to internal stakeholders and synergy partners, demonstrating impact against key KPIs.
- Support relationship management between the client and the client’s internal divisions
- Assist in cross-promotional campaigns that elevate the brand
- Support business units in promoting and amplifying client partner initiatives to drive tune-in, awareness, or subscriptions.
- Act as the primary contact for trafficking and planning creative assets across all partner platforms.
- Manage day-to-day budget tracking and forecasting for synergy initiatives, including invoice processing and reporting in SAP.
- Lead or assist on special projects as assigned.
- Offer ideas to improve team operations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sports and its role in popular culture.
- Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with SAP preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally across levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each channel.
