We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipment logistics, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and overseas agents. This role involves tracking shipments, issuing invoices, maintaining records, and assisting in daily operations related to import, export, and domestic shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Provide quotes and coordinate shipment schedules

  • Track shipment status and communicate updates to clients

  • Issue invoices and maintain billing cycles

  • Work with internal teams and overseas agents to resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2–3 years of customer service or logistics-related experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
