A precision manufacturing company in the Rochester area is looking to add a reliable Material Handler to their 1st shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with growth potential in a clean, organized, and team-oriented machining environment.
Responsibilities

Supply raw materials, components, and tooling to production departments

Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts

Stage materials for machining and assembly lines based on production schedules
-
Receive, verify, and organize inbound materials
-
Handle shipping and packaging tasks as needed
-
Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
-
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to maintain workflow
-
Assist with other warehouse and material support tasks as required
Qualifications
-
1+ year of material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Comfortable working in a machining or manufacturing environment

Basic computer or ERP system experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production priorities

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
