BizTek People is in search for an experience Administrative Assistant III for our client in NYC!

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and their teams within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and handle expense reporting (Concur)
  • Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and managing communications
  • Maintain client and business data in internal systems (e.g., CRM platforms)
  • Support management communications and assist with team projects
  • Partner with administrative colleagues and provide backup support
  • Oversee general office needs and support onboarding and IT coordination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience; financial services experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Concur experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable with a positive professional attitude
