Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas.
• Support various administrative projects to ensure smooth office operations.
• Prepare reports or summaries related to office activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily workflows.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Availability to commit to a contract position in New York, New York.
