The Role
Senior International Supply Chain Specialist is directly responsible for the daily activities of clients within the OOCL Logistics Supply Chain Management portfolio. As the International Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure best in class service is provided through understanding and implementation of specific business requirements. You will coordinate with global teams to resolve service challenges and drive continual process improvement. The fundamental goal of the International Supply Chain Specialist is to develop a trusted partnership with our supply chain management clients ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and ensure internal understanding of client specific global operating procedures.
- Act as lead contact for problem resolution and day-to-day account management.
- Coordinate with internal global offices and external 3rd parties mitigating disruptions to customer’s supply chain.
- Champion a role that promotes client centric attitude with proactive resolution and best in class service.
- Develop trusting partnership with existing clients through effective communication and problem solving.
- Retain existing/current clients.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel to customers’ office as needed

The annualized base salary for this position ranges from $60,000.00 to $69,000.00 excluding fringe benefits. If hired at OOCL Logistics, the final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we also consider internal equity as part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
