Job Description
We’re seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, people, and performance at our Syracuse branch. You'll oversee daily activities including dispatch, inventory, sales, customer service, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role managing service techs, office staff, and sales teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for commercial doors, dock equipment & security systems
- Hire, train & lead technicians and office staff
- Oversee dispatching, job scheduling, billing & collections
- Ensure safety, customer satisfaction & compliance
- Track KPIs, budgets, and overall profitability
- Build strong client relationships and drive branch growth
- Report regularly to senior leadership
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in operations or sales in construction, trades, or security systems
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of dispatch, estimating, inventory & AR/AP
- Financial acumen (P&L, KPI tracking)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
