The JCC of Greater Buffalo is looking to add friendly and professional individuals to our Member Services Team! The ideal applicant would be able to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The candidate must be customer service-oriented, professional, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant needs to be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with the latest technology. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and have an upbeat personality.
Duties Include:
- Answering and Screening phone inquiries
- Warmly greet every member/guest
- Checking members in
- Processing Memberships
- Tasks as assigned
