You’ll focus on maintaining the technological integrity and functionality of PCI’s core network infrastructure components used in support of connectivity for our employees and our clients. You’ll help ensure PCI and its clients get maximum value from their networks by assessing needs, supporting procurement, installing and configuring systems, and resolving issues quickly and effectively. You'll occasionally support sales opportunities by designing solutions, scoping technical requirements, and serving as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools, preferably Auvik.
- Hands-on experience with Next Generation Firewall technology.
- A comprehensive knowledge of switching, routing, load balancing, IT schema’s, circuits, and VPN.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Respond to and triage inbound service tickets, emails, and calls.
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, and internet connections.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for advanced network and security incidents.
- Lead root cause analysis and trend monitoring to proactively enhance service reliability.
- Participate in quarterly extended maintenance windows to implement updates, perform system health checks.
- Support solution architecture during the presales phase.
- Develop and maintain ongoing support models and enhancement plans.
- Translate designs into clear tasks and deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience required. Prior MSP and Palo Alto experience is a plus.
- One or more of the following certifications: PCCET, PCSA, PCNSE, CCNA, CCNP, Azure Security Engineer Associate preferred

Location – Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)
Other Requirements - Night and weekend work may be necessary.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 annual salary
