We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing home care agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HHAeXchange and Viventium payroll systems and a strong background in managing payroll for a large employee census.
The Payroll Specialist will conduct daily audits to verify hours, wages, compliance, and system accuracy, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:

Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, differentials, and reimbursements.

Verify payroll data prior to submission to prevent errors or delays.

Coordinate payroll deadlines and ensure timely funding and distribution.

Conduct daily audits of time, attendance, and wage data to ensure accuracy.

Reconcile hours from HHAeXchange with payroll records in Viventium.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in pay rates, hours worked, and billing.
Qualifications for Payroll Specialist:

Required: Experience with HHAeXchange and Viventium payroll systems.

2+ years of payroll experience in a home care or healthcare setting.

Experience managing payroll for a large employee census
