  1. Summary/Objective:

The Senior Digital Production Designer is responsible for leading the design of high-impact visual creative for B2C and B2B marketing channels, as well as internal communications. This role plays a key part in scaling creative production, editing and retouching photography and video, and generating new content from existing assets to support an agile and efficient marketing operation.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creative excellence with business goals, and brings a high level of craft to every project. Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working independently.

This position is essential to delivering high-quality, brand-right digital creative across the marketing ecosystem. Strong digital design, branding, video and photo editing skills are a must. UX and Generative AI experience are a plus.

  1. Responsibilities:

  • Develop new collateral design and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website content, social media, emails, display ads, and internal digital communications

  • Support team scalability through production design, efficient editing workflows, image retouching, and asset optimization

  • Generate new visual content using existing brand assets; experience with Generative AI tools is a plus

  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines, elevates the customer experience, and meets business goals

  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing leads to develop cohesive and engaging creative solutions

  • Select stock photography or direct internal image editing to convey the right tone and message

  • Develop digital assets including icons, graphics, UI elements, backgrounds, and templates

  • Maintain high standards for image quality, including color correction, masking, and composition

  • Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance creative output

  • Responsible for maintaining a cohesive look and feel throughout all projects ensuring that all designs are on point with the brand guidelines

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as demonstrating efficiency when working independently

  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.

  1. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably within retail or healthcare

  • Portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, web assets, social content, and branding work is required

  1. Skills:

  • Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish).

  • Advanced digital design skills across web, email, display, and social media

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Video editing expertise is a must, with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere

  • Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX collaboration and digital asset creation

  • Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Runway, Flair, and Midjourney is a plus

  • Exceptional layout, and typography skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana is preferred
