The role involves working closely with employees and management to ensure smooth onboarding processes and adherence to HR policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Oversee procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Administer HR systems and maintain accurate records using HRIS software.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance regulations.
• Support day-to-day human resources functions, such as addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of HR practices.
• Monitor and update employee data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide guidance on HR-related matters and assist in policy implementation.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities.
• Assist in continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency.• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and related procedures.
• Familiarity with HRIS software and database management.
• Understanding of HR compliance regulations and policies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience in problem-solving and providing support to employees.
