We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams for both mid-market and enterprise segments across the U.S.
Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a growing sales team, helping them improve performance and consistently meet targets.
- Provide hands-on coaching focused on qualification, pipeline management, and deal progression.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Pipeline & Process Management
- Oversee and refine the teams sales pipeline to ensure healthy forecasting and well-qualified opportunities.
- Guide reps in fine-tuning their pipelines by identifying gaps, prioritizing high-value prospects, and filtering out low-quality or non-viable opportunities.
- Introduce and enforce best practices in deal qualification, pipeline hygiene, and sales process consistency.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to maintain accurate reporting, insights, and process optimization.
- Work closely with the team to streamline workflows and continuously improve sales efficiency.
Sales Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Establish clear performance metrics, activity benchmarks, and expectations for the team.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment across lead quality, customer messaging, and product feedback.
Market Insight & Expansion Support
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and support the team in pursuing them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and prospects
Required Qualifications and experience
- 7+ years of total sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B software.
- Minimum 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity, OR senior ICs with clear leadership experience and readiness to step into management.
- Strong background in pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and sales process optimization.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and confident in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
