Luparello Public Adjustment Group is expanding & looking for a Public Adjuster who aligns with our vision and work ethic. We advocate for residential and commercial policyholders that have sustained loss or damage to their property and secure fair outcomes for their insurance claims

As a Public Adjuster, you’ll advocate for clients during their most challenging times — working hard, thinking fast, and delivering results with integrity.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in the field or property claims or restoration, a deep desire to help others, and a high standard of professional ethics and excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Manage property damage claims from intake through settlement — residential, commercial, fire, storm, water, and catastrophic loss.
- Conduct detailed on-site inspections and documentation (photos, diagrams, scope notes).
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure fair compensation
- Prepare, review, and negotiate estimates
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and empowered by
- Manage client expectations & Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Communicate and negotiate directly with insurance companies and their representatives. on behalf of clients to ensure fair compensation
- Resolve claim disputes
- Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
What You Bring
- IDEALLY: 3+ years of experience as Public Adjuster (Or insurance Adjuster)
- Proven track record handling property claims.
- Deep understanding of property insurance policies and coverage types.
General Requirements
- Have a positive attitude.
- Ability to use various web- and mobile apps
- Excellent & effective communication, negotiation, and work with a team (Ability to manage relationships & remain poised under pressure
- problem-solver mindset, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proactive with Excellent time management and self-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for inspections & go the extra mile
- Possesses coachability and willingness to work hard
Licensing Requirements
A Public Adjuster license is required for all adjuster positions.
Licensing assistance is available.
