- The Operations team coordinates and executes day to day operations of order processing, returns from customer, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment, while maintaining strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- As a team member, you will collaborate and support various functions within the Operations.
- Receive product from vendors and other locations, confirm accuracy and enter information in the ERP within specific procedures and protocol.
- Maintain inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with order fulfillment, customer return processing, repair jobs management preparing and shipping & packaging customer orders per requirements and standards.
- Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams regarding customer timelines.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Formulate and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business.

- The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, is credible and able to liaise with people at all levels.
