Job Description

Job Description

We’re looking for a razor-sharp, impact-obsessed operator to lead Product Growth at Everyrealm—someone who lives at the intersection of data, marketing and revenue. You’ll work directly with the executive team to define and execute the strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion. You’ll ship fast, test aggressively, and own the levers that move our most critical metrics.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring for a role—we’re investing in someone with long-term potential. You might not come from a typical startup background, but if you’re sharp, driven, and fast on your feet, we want to hear from you.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (consulting, finance, architecture, media, operations, etc.), even if it’s outside of tech
  • Are eager to learn and ready to cut your teeth alongside talented, thoughtful operators
  • Are excited by the unique challenges of brand positioning and customer-obsessed marketing, and want to help build something from the ground up
  • Consider yourself a high-functioning generalist—you’re organized, proactive, and crave the opportunity to manage projects and people
  • Are obsessed with speed, iteration, and momentum—and you learn fast enough to keep up with (or push) a startup team
  • Have a genuine interest in crypto, game development, online casino gaming, or product-led growth strategies
  • Are open to rapid career acceleration—we’ll teach you the subject matter, but you need the horsepower to own it quickly
  • Thrive on creative problem-solving, from content and campaigns to execution and experimentation

Bonus Points:

  • You love social media, storytelling, and good design
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces
  • You’re hungry, humble, and ready to grow with a rocket ship

Requirements

You must be highly organized, intellectually curious, and capable of learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—prior experience in tech is not required, but a track record of high performance is.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Wellness Resources
  • Stock Option Plan
