A Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. This role supports daily kitchen operations by ensuring food is prepared efficiently, safely, and consistently during service.
Line Cooks work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, station setup, cooking during service, proper food handling, and assisting with cleaning and closing duties.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Line Cooks may be scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed, depending on business demands.
