Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Corporate Director of Revenue Management to lead and oversee the revenue management and sales & marketing functions across our hotel portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving top-line performance through strategic planning, collaboration, and execution across all commercial disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep hospitality industry experience, and a proven track record of aligning sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor integrated revenue management and sales & marketing strategies to optimize hotel performance across all distribution and reservation channels.
- Partner closely with property-level and corporate teams to ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies, alignment of goals, and achievement of revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and performance data to identify revenue opportunities and develop forward-looking commercial action plans.
- Provide leadership and support to property-based sales and revenue management teams, ensuring best practices and brand standards are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with hotel ownership and operations teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Involved in all aspects of budgeting and monthly reforecasting.
- Guide the deployment and optimization of commercial tools, systems, and platforms across all properties.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior, integrating insights into strategy development and tactical planning.
- Lead regular commercial performance reviews with hotel and corporate stakeholders, ensuring accountability and proactive decision-making.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the commercial organization.
- Assist in setting group ADR guidelines for seamless booking at the properties.
- Facilitate all daily and weekly Sales, Revenue, Daily Business Reviews
- Active participant in all pricing and packaging
Knowledge and Skill
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, sales, and marketing, with a strong understanding of both disciplines.
- Prior experience with Hilton, Marriott, or other major hospitality brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Hilton and/or Marriott PMS, Delphi
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed or multi-property environment.
- Strong analytical, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in working with revenue management systems (RMS), CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and emerging industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Qualifications
- Multi-brand experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, distribution, and e-commerce strategies in the hospitality space.
- Ability to travel as needed to support hotel teams and corporate initiatives.
