Job Summary
The Investment Senior Analyst will support the execution of the companys project and corporate financing strategy, working closely with the Investments team. This individual will play a critical role in financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence support for project-level financing and internal investment processes. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy and will contribute meaningfully to the teams transaction execution and internal governance functions.
This position offers significant exposure to capital providers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams involved in delivering clean energy projects across the U.S.

Responsibilities
Capital Raising Support
- Assist in the execution of project and portfolio-level capital raising activities, including tax equity, debt, and sponsor equity transactions.
- Prepare and update materials such as financial summaries, investor presentations, and data room documents.
- Support due diligence tracking and execution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Maintain and update project-level financial models under the supervision of the Investment Director.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on project economics.
- Support the analysis of capital structures, financing terms, and risk-return metrics.
Investment Committee Process
- Assist with the preparation of internal Investment Committee (IC) materials and presentations.
- Take notes during IC meetings, help draft minutes, and ensure records of decisions and approvals are maintained.
- Organize and maintain the archive of investment memos, resolutions, and supporting documentation.
Financier Relations & Reporting
- Support preparation of periodic reports to financing partners (e.g., quarterly updates, compliance checklists).
- Help track key investor terms, preferences, and deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date data in CRM systems related to capital provider interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the development, engineering, and finance teams to align assumptions in financial models.
- Coordinate with external consultants (e.g., independent engineers, appraisers) during due diligence processes.
- Assist with internal reporting related to capital markets activities and project-level economics.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 13 years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, financial modeling, or renewable energy.
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling; familiarity with PowerPoint and CRM/document management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear, concise outputs.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Passion for the renewable energy industry and enthusiasm to grow within the Investment function.
