Our client is a professional services firm. They seek a temp to perm Career Ambassador to join their Bronx, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks using various external and internal systems
  • Make outreach calls to potential and current program participants
  • Utilize office equipment to scan and upload documents to client case files
  • Oversee the multi-line phone system, prioritizing and forwarding calls
  • Coordinate presentations in-person and virtually via Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with mass mailings to clients and answer questions about the program
  • Maintain detailed case notes, update attendance logs, and submit weekly reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or social science
  • 3+ years of administrative or office tasks experience
  • Able to travel to both the Bronx and Midtown office
  • Familiar with workforce development or social services
  • Passion for serving disadvantaged and underserved populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and sound sense of judgment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SharePoint
