Our client is a professional services firm. They seek a temp to perm Career Ambassador to join their Bronx, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative tasks using various external and internal systems
- Make outreach calls to potential and current program participants
- Utilize office equipment to scan and upload documents to client case files
- Oversee the multi-line phone system, prioritizing and forwarding calls
- Coordinate presentations in-person and virtually via Microsoft Teams
- Assist with mass mailings to clients and answer questions about the program
- Maintain detailed case notes, update attendance logs, and submit weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in humanities or social science
- 3+ years of administrative or office tasks experience
- Able to travel to both the Bronx and Midtown office
- Familiar with workforce development or social services
- Passion for serving disadvantaged and underserved populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and sound sense of judgment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SharePoint
