Requirements

2+ years of management experience in a juice bar, café, or similar food/beverage setting

Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations

Knowledge of health & safety standards and ability to maintain a clean, compliant workspace

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with POS systems, basic budgeting, and shift scheduling

Ability to track daily sales, manage cash flow, and report profit margins

Must be punctual, reliable, and accountable

A passion for healthy living and wellness-focused products is a plus

Willingness to take ownership and initiative as this is a long-term, profit-share opportunity
