The In-Room Dining Server will prepare guests’ orders, deliver, and collect food and beverage items from guest rooms following company procedures.
This position has an hourly rate of $18.00 + Tips.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer the In-Room dining phone in a timely and courteous manner, take guests’ food and beverage orders accurately

Follow SOP’s on placing orders with allergies and dietary restrictions

Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner when delivering orders
-
Maintain accurate set up and delivery of all food and beverage orders according to Company standards and procedures
-
Set up and deliver all room amenities in a timely manner
-
Regularly walk the guest floors to retrieve in-room dining items
-
Respond to all guest needs, questions, and issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
-
Clean tables, re-stock tableware and other in-room dining supplies
-
Follow the posted opening and closing duties and side-work sheet

Attend daily pre shift communication meetings & monthly departmental meetings

Generate a good atmosphere

All other responsibilities assigned by Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or food and beverage setting

Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
-
Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
-
Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision

Very high attention to detail

Sensitive to cultural nuances

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English

Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment

Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
-
Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies

Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads; standing, bending and lifting will be required

Multi-lingual is a plus
