Job DescriptionSummary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to lead our monetization-focused partner marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth across our Family of Apps and Services—leveraging the strength of our partner ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and regional marketing to equip partners with the tools, resources, and messaging they need to successfully promote and sell our platforms to enterprise and mid-market clients.

Our partners are instrumental in accelerating business growth, enhancing user experiences, and expanding the reach of our products. From global enterprises to emerging brands, they help clients unlock the full potential of our platforms through expert services, technology solutions, and strategic guidance. Our partner ecosystem includes creative and media agencies, technology providers, and resellers—all working to deliver measurable business outcomes and amplify our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Develop and evolve a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with global marketing goals and regional business priorities.
  • Program Execution Design and manage integrated marketing initiatives with and through partners, including co-branded campaigns, enablement programs, events, and digital activations.
  • Performance & Optimization Define KPIs and implement robust reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI. Deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Act as a strategic connector between partners and internal teams—sales, product, marketing, legal, and communications—to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Partner Enablement Create and deliver high-impact marketing assets, training materials, and messaging frameworks that empower partners to communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Relationship Management Cultivate strong relationships with key partner marketing contacts, understand their business goals, and identify opportunities for joint growth.
  • Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments to inform strategic planning and maintain a forward-looking approach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, partner/channel marketing, or alliances marketing
  • Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies for technology solutions
  • Strong track record in creating compelling partner-facing content and enablement tools
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex ideas
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with external stakeholders (partners, clients, agencies)
  • Background in SaaS, AI, machine learning, or communications technology
  • Familiarity with our products and services
  • Awareness of emerging trends in the AI and tech landscape
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics

Location: Remote (NYC or San Francisco)

Role type: Contract 3 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
