Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition ManagerRemote - MUST LIVE IN Upstate, NY/Capital RegionFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The TA Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing our clients’ talent acquisition strategy. This position oversees the development, coordination, and implementation of all stages of the recruitment process, significantly impacting the quality and effectiveness of the organization’s workforce.Key Responsibilities
- Review & identify applicants. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring team.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines ensuring steady stream of qualified candidates.
- Utilize community partners, job boards, social media and networking events.
- Work closely with the hiring team to understand job requirements, etc.
- Draft job postings, advertisements, etc.
- Attend job fairs and hiring events.
- Manage employee referral program.
- Utilize and manage applicant tracking system to streamline processes and analyze data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, covering the full recruitment cycle
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influence
- Proven ability to develop effective sourcing strategies across diverse roles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
- Knowledge of hiring regulations and recruitment best practices
- Proven track record of recruiting for technology positions
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to accommodate occasional travel to recruitment events and job fairs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Salary Range
- Annual Salary Range: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 with potential to earn up to $115,000.00 annually, which includes base salary and performance incentives.
