Summary

The Program Coordinator is responsible for executing tasks within a set of interrelated projects to support the successful delivery of an overall program. The areas of coordination include compliance to project deliverables, coordinating program resources, financial data and reporting, and cross-project and intra-program communication for continuous improvement. This role reports within the Project Management Office. The expectation is that the Program Coordinator will work closely with and take direction on assignments from a Program Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination and review activities to support compliance and readiness across the program, such as ticket reviews, time recording inspection, inventory level review, SLX compliance, audit readiness, and project-level deliverables
  • Resource on-boarding to the program, including client on-boarding and program-specific training
  • Program- or project-level reporting, run program or project schedules
  • Contribute to the financial health of the Program through activities such as cost inputting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain communications within the program to find efficiencies across projects, schedules, and resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications

Education: Bachelors degree. Some education in project management methodology and concepts is preferred, or completion of a project management certification or matriculating towards a certification.

Experience: One year of project management experience, or equivalent. Fundamental experience working with PMI principles and project phases; collaborating with customers, setting expectations, and relationship building.

Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.

Skills: Experience with a service management platform.
Demonstrated record of executing at least one successful IT project on time and on budget. Ability to coordinate project resources. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Smartsheet. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to use business judgement.


Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and departments needs.

Lifting: Typically, no lifting more than 15 lbs.
