A growing healthcare company is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME). This full-time, in-office role involves assisting patients and providers with DME-related inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely support for all equipment needs.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in DME operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage patient interactions with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities Include:

Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding DME products and services

Process orders and coordinate delivery or fulfillment of DME items

Verify insurance coverage and prior authorizations as needed

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Provide support to patients throughout the DME process, from inquiry to delivery
Ideal Qualifications:

Prior experience working with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes
