We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly organized Studio Manager to lead our management team and help take our operations to the next level.
Position Overview:
As the Studio Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the daily operations. You’ll oversee the booking process, finances, staff, and client relations while ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a leadership position that demands a balance of professionalism, creativity, and hustle.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all studio bookings and scheduling

Oversee day-to-day finances, including client invoicing and accounts receivables

Supervise studio staff, engineers, admin and audio interns

Lead and manage the internal management team

Maintain studio equipment and coordinate gear maintenance

Handle client relations and ensure top-tier experiences for all clients

Host weekly staff meetings and oversee weekly session logs

Hire, onboard, and train staff engineers, interns, and administrative support

Coordinate and send internal staff communications

Assist with studio marketing and promotion efforts
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry

Strong knowledge of studio operations and recording equipment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities

Industry relationships and a deep understanding of music business culture are a plus

Marketing and promotional insight or experience is a strong bonus
