About the opportunity

  • Teads is seeking motivated sellers to join our growing sales team. As an Account Representative for Teads, your primary focus will be to generate revenue from agency accounts and brands throughout the West Coast. This new team member will contribute in a positive way to our overall culture. Must be a self-starter and have a competitive spirit.

What will you do?

  • Working closely with the Teads sales team on opportunities within our existing client base, and hunting for new business within the region
  • Assist in setting meetings for Sales with new business - calling on direct brands that currently run performance media
  • Drive performance growth at mid market agencies working with other AE's in the region
  • Work with Performance AE and sales team to set clear, honest, and realistic expectations with clients on the expected outcomes for each new campaign
  • Assist Performance AE in collaborating with the Account Management & Ad Ops teams to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create up-sell opportunities
  • Sharing field intelligence and previous experience to regional team to improve and grow the performance offering
    Assist Performance AE in presenting QBRs / Analyzing campaign performances, issues and optimization opportunities

What will you bring to the team?

  • 1 to 2 years of direct cold calling or other entry level sales experience within the advertising ecosystem
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Discipline to maintain weekly client contact and meeting scheduling quota
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Strong new business and new product sales skills
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • The pay range for this position is USD $100,0000 to $140,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads' total rewards package.
