We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support users of our EMR software. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting training sessions when necessary.
