Job DescriptionJob Title: Manufacturing Documentation SpecialistLocation: Tonawanda, NYHire Type: Contract (2 years)Pay Range: $23.00/hourWork Type: Full-timeWork Model: OnsiteWork Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm Recruiter Contact: Karissa Lubberts, klubberts@imaginestaffing.netNature & Scope:Positional OverviewThe Imagine Group is recruiting for a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading custom manufacturer of welded body hydraulic rods and telescopic cylinders based in Tonawanda, NY, serving mobile and industrial markets throughout the U.S. and Canada with high-quality engineered solutions for a wide range of equipment applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing accurate manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, bills of materials, process sheets, and engineering change notices. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure documents reflect current standards, support efficient workflows, and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success

• Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and bills of materials to ensure accuracy and production efficiency.
• Manage engineering change notices (ECNs) and maintain document control to reflect current specifications and revisions.
• Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to verify documentation aligns with shop floor processes and standards.
• Audit manufacturing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying documentation gaps and streamlining workflows.

Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in creating spreadsheets and SOPs.
• Some knowledge of CNC Machining (a plus not required).
• ShopGuru experience preferred but not required.
