Real Estate Accountant, Temp to Perm, Hybrid NYC
LHH has an great opportunity for a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to support our client on a temp to perm basis. This hybrid role is based in a Midtown Manhattan office and offers the chance to work with a collaborative, high-performing finance team. Managing day-to-day accounting for multiple properties

Preparing monthly financials and reconciliations

Tracking property income, expenses, and capital projects

Supporting audits and coordinating with property managers
Qualifications:

Previous real estate accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA and/or master’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar software
-
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
$35–42/hr
Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
