We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team and drive the next chapter of brand growth at Bluestone Lane. Reporting to the Chief Brand & Culture Officer, this role will lead key brand campaigns, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives across retail, digital, social, and events. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing creative, commercially focused brand work that elevates Bluestone Lane's position in culture, drives traffic, and deepens connection with our locals.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential functions

Campaign Management & Brand Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and storytelling initiatives across all channels.
  • Act as the brand’s guardian—ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects Bluestone Lane’s voice, tone, and aesthetic.
  • Own campaign calendars and creative workback timelines in partnership with design, digital, social, PR, and operations.
  • Drive retail marketing strategies to support in-store experience and sales growth across all café and coffee shop formats.
  • Partner with data and ops teams to measure performance, analyze results, and make optimizations.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships with lifestyle, hospitality, and CPG brands that align with Bluestone Lane’s brand values.
  • Develop and execute creative co-branded activations that drive brand heat and incremental revenue.
  • Act as the day-to-day lead on collaborations—from concept to execution—including product development, press coordination, and visual merchandising.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with digital, e-commerce, product, design, and operations to deliver best-in-class experiences both online and in-store.
  • Partner with events & field marketing to align national initiatives with local activations.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team to infuse brand storytelling into internal culture and employer branding efforts.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience

  • Oversee retail storytelling through signage, in-store activations, windows, and product displays.
  • Ensure café-level brand executions are consistent, beautiful, and on strategy in all locations.

Competencies

  • 7+ years of brand, marketing, or retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • A proven track record managing integrated campaigns and partnerships across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of retail marketing, visual merchandising, and in-store storytelling.
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing production timelines.
  • Passion for great food, beautiful design, and purpose-driven lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality—you’re as comfortable in the weeds as you are presenting to leadership.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
  • MBA, MAC or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • 5-10 years supervisory experience in operations or related field
  • Multi-team management experience
  • Previous P&L responsibilities preferred
