• Generate detailed financial reports using tools like Crystal Reports to provide transparency and insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies in all fundraising activities.
• Provide counseling and guidance to donors, addressing their concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
• Monitor the disbursement of funds to ensure alignment with donor intentions and organizational priorities.
• Utilize automated underwriting systems to streamline donor qualification processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their satisfaction and continued support.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and develop strategies to expand the donor base.• Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on fundraising or donor management.
• Proficiency in CRM software for donor tracking and relationship management.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations in fundraising.
