As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll work remotely, requiring a high level of self-motivation, communication, and reliability.

Answer incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in a friendly and professional manner.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Document all interactions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system accurately.
