About the Role:


Were hiringSales Development Representativeto help scale a growing compliance and logistics platform. The company helps trucking fleets and independent operators stay ahead of regulatory requirements through modern, automated tools and personalized support.


This is a unique opportunity to step into a revenue-generating, cash-positive project at the ground floor. The role is ideal for a sales professional withknowledge of transportation compliance, entrepreneurial instincts, and the drive to grow with a fast-moving team. Youll collaborate closely with senior leadership on outbound strategy, own your call funnel, and have the opportunity to shape future sales processes and team structure.


What Youll Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound call queues using automation workflows and CRM tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls and close deals across owner-operators, small and mid-sized fleets, and enterprise accounts.
  • Convert high-intent leads via virtual meetings, with commissions directly tied to revenue performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to refine outreach playbooks, scale the SDR/AE function, and build strategic relationships in the compliance and logistics ecosystem.
  • Share insights from customer conversations to influence product improvements and resolve regulatory pain points.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, transparent sales culture focused on delivering real client outcomes.


What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ yearsof experience in FMCSA/DOT compliance (e.g., UCR, MCS-150, BOC-3, etc.)
  • 3+ yearsin sales or business development with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent phone and video presence, follow-up discipline, and CRM documentation skills
  • Comfort with high-visibility roles and the ability to help build processes from scratch


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity withZoom Contact Center,HubSpot CRM, or similar sales tools
  • Background in logistics, freight, compliance, or adjacent verticals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to product feedback loops
  • Understanding of SaaS tools or compliance automation
